Innovate Phytoceuticals has recently been awarded a cannabis nursery license under the Cannabis Act and its’ Regulations from Health Canada. The following authorized activities under this license have been approved by Health Canada: 

• Possess and obtain cannabis plants or seeds by propagating, cultivating or harvesting
• Develop and sell novel cultivars in plant or seed form 
• Perform various tissue culture activities
• Sell and distribute cannabis plants and/or seeds to licensed producers
